NA invites for MLG qualifier #2

CEVO has revealed the list with the names of the teams that have been invited to take part in the second North American Championship Qualifier MLG X Games Aspen.

Following the end of the first regional championship qualifier, which was topped by mouseSpaz in convincing fashion, there is only one chance left for North American teams to qualify for MLG X Games Aspen, which will take place next month.

The second Championship Qualifier will be held on Sunday, December 21, with the top eight sides from the second open qualifier being paired eight teams invited by CEVO, the organisers of the tournament.

DaZeD's iBUYPOWER will once again try to qualify for MLG Aspen

The only change from the invite list for the first Championship Qualifier is that mouseSpaz are replaced by ap mumb.

Not even a challenge for iBP, unless Denial really steps it up (I doubt they will adapt to the new players in time to beat a team like iBP, whose individual skill is just overwhelming for NA teams).

lol iBP got rekt by mouseSpaz, they're not great, face it. same shit as hellraisers - 5 individually great players, but no results together.

Except mouseSpaz is a great team, with a core group who have lots of experience together with great new talent in PTR so getting beat by them is not something to be ashamed of.

i guess i didn't write it properly. i don't think that it's a shame to lose to mS, it's just iBP are on paper a better team than mS but still they got rekt by them.

Yeah. They're not meshing as a team yet, despite technically having 4 core members. There likely needs to be some trust building going forward, as much as they say they've put past differences aside.

actually mS didnt wreck anyone they beat ibp 16-14 in a close one and was 8-7 first half and then pulled away to win 16-10 so really didnt run threw ibp like everyone thinks cause it was a 2-0
