allu, stonde replace two in 3DMAX

Aleksi "allu" Jalli and Tom "stonde" Glad have replaced Timo "REFLEX" Rintala and Mikko "xartE" Välimaa in 3DMAX, the organization announced on its website.

Aleksi "⁠allu⁠" Jalli's journey with mousesports has come to an end after exactly six months of playing with the european mixture. During that time the team failed to qualify for both majors, ESL One Cologne and DreamHack Winter and even lost domestically to Planetkey at EPS Germany Winter finals.

3DMAX have now announced that the Finnish star has rejoined with his former teammates alongside Tom "⁠stonde⁠" Glad, as they replace Timo "⁠REFLEX⁠" Rintala and Mikko "⁠xartE⁠" Välimaa effective immediately.

The Finns have had mixed results throughout the last few months after joining the French organization, as they were able to place 3rd-4th at DreamHack Stockholm, but failed to qualify for the playoffs at ESWC and were unable to qualify for DreamHack Winter 2014.

We’ve all seen the later parts of 2014 were not a happy time in the 3DMAX camp, as it was clearly visible to many of you guys watching us play. We did not perform up to any standards disappointing ourselves but all our fans and followes alike. It was evident things needed to change and with the year changing, that time was fast approaching.

We enter the new year with a fresh lineup that brings a versatile set of tools for us to use. We’ve taken a lot of thought into choosing these five players going forward. Counter-Strike nowadays needs a ton of skill, excellent communicating skills and ability to react to situations in a correct manner – collectively. These have been our main fundamentals when gathering up this lineup. Our goal is to finally bring Finland where it belongs on the Counter-Strike map.

We are delighted to bring in both allu and stonde into our lineup. They both bring in qualities that any functioning team loves to have and I can’t wait to start working with the guys.

In my opinion Natu would be already kicked if he wasn't the leader. I have also still heard that if Natu won't play too well he makes good callouts and have good strats to different situations. Sometimes Natu just isn't able to do his own strat. My dream finnish lineup would be SuNny-Allu-JoelZ-Reflex-KHRN.

+1 KRNG. I think xarte had the biggest potential on getting better in the "old" 3dmax. If Xarte was there, they could play double AWP with Allu. I think it was a big mistake to let Xarte go. Don't know much about reflexx.

actually I only whined about mouz so far because I'm fanboi, but pretty strange decision indeed. Maybe personal (drama) reasons? Because for sure this new 3DMax, despite adding top 1 allu, isnt the best finnish line up.

This will make them just slightly better. Allu is a beast and all, but they need two or three beasty riflers with that awp of his. KHRN can be a beast sometimes, but the other three? I don't think so.
