IOS Pantamera with $27,000 so far

The prize pool for the Inferno Online Pantamera CS:GO Challenge has already surpassed the $27,000 barrier.

On February 7, Inferno Online Stockholm will host a five-team tournament sponsored by Returpack, a Swedish recycling company, as part of a campaign called Pantamera för eSporten (Recycle more for eSports).

A minimum prize purse of 100,000 SEK (approximately €12,600) was guaranteed by Returpack, which also pledge to use the money generated from recycling the bottles collected at Inferno Online's gaming centers to increase the prize pool of the tournament.

Right now, the prize purse stands at 216,237 SEK ($27,238), but it is expected that, by the time the tournament starts, it will have reached approximately $30,000.

Details about the online qualifier for IOS Pantamera, which will take place later this month, will be revealed in the coming days, HLTV.org has learned. Below you can find a provisional participants' list:

Titan over LDLC? Shouldn't the established top French team get the invite, while the stuggling team playing their first event with a new(ish) member have to qualify? Unless the invites are due to results of a previous tournament?

I don't see how their strats will stop them choking. When I've watched them at majors their star fraggers can't do anything and Fetish seemed to be the one stepping it up. I dunno, maybe they will have more freedom now and they can play more loose. We will see at Aspen though.

How is it a stupid question? Not appreciating how a team behaves on twitter is not relevant in any way to how you handle invites given to top teams. Furthermore, several of their events where they didn't get invites happened before DHW and the whole quarter-final fuss.

It will be VERY interesting. 5 teams in great shape will try their best to beat eachother. Titan have fresh "mechanic" in their team who haven't played CS for year+ but I guess he is now playing non-stop to make team happy. If it is inferno, all teams are good here. VP have beaten much great teams, as I remember also a Fnatic, but lost to NiP at DHW2014. Favourites at this tournament for sure will be NiP, because fnatic have lost their reputation due the DHW bug using. Underdogs are Titans, since we don't know which team is going to be annouced as fifth. People say that fnatic will win, but I still won't believe it, as all other teams are now in good shape. I would like to see new Titan, how they play, it would be something interesting. I really want to see how Virtus.pro will do revenge to a NiP. I would like to see fnatic vs NiP as they are 2 strong Sweden teams. This tournament will be really fun for me.
