IOS Pantamera qualifier hits semis

The online qualifier for IOS Pantamera has reached the semi-final stage, with LGB eSports among the teams still in contention.

A total of 128 teams from all over Europe signed up for this online tournament, hosted by Lemondogs, with hopes of securing the spot at the upcoming IOS Pantamera, a Swedish offline event with over $27,000 in cash prizes.

A couple of big-name teams decided to try their luck in this qualifier, including the new LGB eSports team, who have been in stunning form in recent online matches.

rain's LGB will try to qualify for IOS Pantamera

In the semi-finals, Ruben "⁠RUBINO⁠" Villarroel's team will face off against Mikael "⁠ultra⁠" Andersen's Nordic mix team AGENT, who come off beating myKPV.de 16-11 in the previous round. In the other half of the bracket lie Johannes "⁠tabseN⁠" Wodarz's Playing Ducks, who will take on Finnish side ElSenor.

Below you can find the timetable for the semi-finals and the final, which will be played on February 2 and use a best-of-three format:

I guess LGB will under estimate AGENT, and I think they can put up a real fight, will be fun to watch. They've got strong individuals in terms of in-game leadership and skill. Cyph has a really stronk aim, aswell as the two younguns of neto and cynex.
