allu leaves 3DMAX; xartE joins

3DMAX have announced that Aleksi "allu" Jalli is no longer part of the team.

Aleksi "⁠allu⁠" Jalli has been playing for Ninjas in Pyjamas as a stand-in for the last week as the Swedish team seek a potential replacement for Mikail "⁠Maikelele⁠" Bill, citing a lack of top-flight experience from the former LGB member.

Earlier on Tuesday, the Finnish talent was seen tweeting from Sweden, and rumours quickly emerged that he was bootcamping with NiP ahead of ESL One Katowice.

And 3DMAX, who stressed last week that allu would stay on the team, have now announced that the player is no longer tied to the organisation, without, however, making any mention of NiP.

Meanwhile, 3DMAX announced that allu's spot will be filled by Menace's Mikko "⁠xartE⁠" Välimaa, who played for the team as a stand-in at the offline qualifier for ESL One Katowice earlier in the month.

NiP nowadays remind me of SK in their last years of 1.6, when they were looking for that 5th player to carry them to World no.1 Anyway, I think that Maikelele had the potential to grow and become better, they just didn't give him the time. After all, the the first LAN that NiP had won in months was thanks to Maikelele's great play. I can't really remember the last lan they won thanks to Get_Right's great play though...

As a finn and Allu fan I'm happy for this, but at the same time I feel bad for Maikelele. I think he was a good player and more than earned his place on the team, at least results-wise. That being said, I thought the way they expressed themselves and their explanation for potentially replacing Maikelele was a bit weird to say the least. Not experienced enough? Who gives a fuck about experience if you madfrag and carry the team to a LAN victory? I bet it had more to do with the chemistry between players or something like that, and NiP is just being sportsmanlike in their way of announcing things.
