LDLC sign Awsomniac

Team LDLC has signed a CS:GO lineup formerly playing under the tag of Awsomniac, the organisation has announced on its website.

LDLC has been without a lineup from the beginning of February, when Richard "⁠shox⁠" Papillon and company managed to make a deal with EnVyUs.

The French organisation has now announced the signing of Kevin "⁠madc⁠" Ducourtioux's Awsomniac, who are taking part in the ESL Major League and previously got far in European qualifiers, including the second MLG Aspen qualifier.

"The whole team is glad to join Team-LDLC, it’s an honor and we are aware that what it can represent. They decided to give us all the cards we need to become the best, so it’s our call now: this is the beginning of a new adventure for both of us, and we are determined and strongly motivated! We also wanted to thank Awsomniac for the support they give us during our stay." Ducourtioux told team-ldlc.com

LDLC are waiting for ESL Major League playoffs to kick off, as they advanced from both group stages and have a chance to fight for one of the four spots in ESL Pro League.

The team's LAN debut will be a local LAN called EPSILAN #12, running from March 13-15.

LDLC played better anyways, they deserve the credit. Fnatic played unfairly and despite protesting initially, they forfeited because they realized that they won unfairly. LDLC more than proved themselves at DH and at MLG, where Fnatic didn't even make the finals. That said, Fnatic is back in form now and are the clear favorites to win in Katowice.

Maniac ? :D I've spoke once with the DH qualif manager to get a Swiss qualification but nothing happened since. (2010) Since 2007-8, there were no WCG qualifer for swiss people. ESL EPS Alpen (swiss and Austria) was a fucking mess. So yeah, nothing helped us to do something interesstring since a long time ago.. I hope csgo can bring some opportunities to swiss teams ! :D
