We sat down with Dan "apEX" Madesclaire to see what the Frenchman's thoughts were on Titan's disappointing group stage exit and what the team's future was.

Day one saw Titan exiting the group stage following a narrow loss with their domestic rivals, EnVyUs, and the Cache debacle against Germany's PENTA.

We caught up with Dan "⁠apEX⁠" Madesclaire in a short interview, including his thoughts on Titan's matches, what the team has to improve on in the future and their action-packed schedule in the coming weeks.

In the morning we will release an interview with one of the finalists, Jesper "⁠JW⁠" Wecksell, including the AWPer's insight on fnatic's semi-final against Virtus.pro and what the team is looking forward to in the grand final.

Sad to say this but I don't see Titan doing well this year. KQLY ban hit Titan hard. Apex has been slumping since Cologne, RpK hasn't played CSGO in years, Maniac and Ex6 can't carry worth a damn. Can't even do a roster change because nV players will never leave their team, as things stand now.

He's so extremely sore... But he should have thought about his future before he left LDLC to join Titan. LDLC, even with Maniac and Uzzziii, managed to get to semi-finals at the major (having won vs Virtus.Pro!), while Titan failed in groups once again. I think it was obvious, that Ex6TenZ's ideas didn't work anymore, otherwise why would they choke so hard in Katowice in 2014, with shox, SmithZz, NBK, the trio which won a major in the end of the year! Was it shox' fault? Or NBK's? Or SmithZz'? Not at all, they created a team with Happy and kioShiMa instead of Ex6TenZ and ScreaM then, to finally win a major, and apEX destroyed LDLC to get bigger salary in Titan... apEX, what did you expect? kennyS was right, you care only about money, and your whole career was destroyed because of that. I'm extremely sad for him, but it's his own fault, he knew whom he would play with...

jumpshot? even if it's possible. the cheat was modifying spread, well, we can say : teleport the bullet into body/head, without taking accuracy, recoil, you don't even have to be on the skin. So, with GOTV delay demo, you can't notice it!

GTR made a shitload of those jumpshots, and it could easily be luck since KQLY made it only once. Btw, they won DH Stockholm #2 with KQLY, if KQLY cheated at that LAN, I think Titan would be deprived of that title. Nobody knows, when and where KQLY cheated, except for Valve.
