cArn joins CCS casting panel

fnatic Chief Operating Officer Patrik "cArn" Sattermon has joined the casting panel for the CS:GO Championship Series (CCS) league.

PGL, the organiser of the league, has earned rave reviews for its stream's production quality and casting crew, featuring Toby "TobiWan" Dawson and Matthew "Sadokist" Trivet.

With the league scheduled to start on Tuesday, PGL has now decided to invite former fnatic member Patrik "⁠cArn⁠" Sättermon to provide commentary about the matches in Group A, featuring Ninjas in Pyjamas, Virtus.pro, EnVyUs and PENTA Sports.

cArn joins CCS panel for Group A

Another e-sports personality, who will join the casting planel for the Group B matches, will be announced by PGL soon as CCS will feature a three-person panel all season long.

This means that the casting panel for CCS Group A is the following:

Toby "TobiWan" Dawson
Matthew "Sadokist" Trivet
Patrik "⁠cArn⁠" Sättermon

Meanwhile, PGL has announced some changes to the Group A schedule to avoid conflicts with other tournaments. The timetable is now the following:

March 17:

EnVyUs vs. Virtus.pro - 16:00
NiP vs. PENTA Sports - 19:00
Lower Bracket final - 22:00

March 18:

Upper Bracket final - 16:00
Consolidation final - 19:00
Grand final - 22:00

its not gonna be his first game tomorrow. remember the whole 'lyfepoints' incident a while ago? remember freakin pansy and tosspot and even that deman kid last weekend, who are by no means new to csgo, and yet ruined big parts of the so far biggest csgo event´by just not having a clue about the scene, the game, the teams or anything? we have great casters in the scene already, and i really fail to understand why they are not hired for the event. same for carn: i have heard him cast before once or twice and it wasnt that good. guy cant speak english on a good enough level for casting. why not use the people that have proven they can do the job?

I hope these casters are comitted to learning CS:GO properly if they are going to continue to cast. From what I've seen so far, I like Sadokists style, he just needs to learn the game better, and catch up to speed with the scene. I just don't like Tobi's stye, Dota can have him back.
