Insomnia Gaming Festival 54 will kick off on Friday, with £10,000 ($15,300) up for grabs in the G2A.com Counter-Strike Challenge.

From April 3-6, the Ricoh Arena, located in Coventry, will host the 54th edition of Insomnia, the biggest gaming festival in the United Kingdom, organised by Multiplay.

Among the many activities and gaming tournaments planned for the event, which has sold out, will be a CS:GO championship featuring a prize fund of £10,000 (approximately $15,300).

k1ck and x6tence are the two foreign teams that will be taking part in this tournament after coming through the online qualifiers, which granted them direct entry into the double-elimination stages of the competition.

The three biggest names in the UK scene, Infused, fm-eSports and Sam "⁠RattlesnK⁠" Gawn's XENEX, will also be in attendance, but the team that will make the biggest waves is certain to be TLR as they will be fielding Joshua "⁠steel⁠" Nissan, one of the players who were banned by Valve following the match-fixing scandal that rocked the North American scene.

i am a little, cos id love a good hub foccused on uk cs coverage etc but 'bc-gb' is one of the ugliest, slowest sites i've ever seen and i've tried to offer feedback to adam but he obviously knows best so. far too much in-your-face crap and a horrible layout. need a simple, to-the-point site similar to hltv but more modern. thats it

You're basically travelling South-North. Jet lag is only a thing if you're travelling East-West or West-East. Even if there was a one or two hour difference, jet lag for small time differences like that is practically non-existant
