SEMPHIS set to join Nihilum

Former Cloud9 member Kory "SEMPHIS" Friesen has joined Nihilum Gaming's roster for CEVO Season 7's professional division.

Kory "⁠SEMPHIS⁠" Friesen is currently a free agent after being released by Cloud9 last week together with Shahzeb "⁠ShahZaM⁠" Khan following a series of mixed results in both online and offline tournaments.

Rumours about a move to Nihilum, who finished 5th-6th at the ESEA finals, ahead of Cloud9, gathered pace in the last few hours after Kyle "⁠flowsicK⁠" Mendez hinted on Twitter that he had been replaced by the Canadian player.

SEMPHIS has already found a new team

And while Nihilum have so far stayed silent about the subject, SEMPHIS has joined the team's roster on CEVO's website ahead of tonight's match against CLG.

This means that Nihilum's roster will look as follows:

Uhm I love Ptr, my favourite player after Tarik, but if CLG has Skadoodle, why would they need Ptr? He can only AWP. Plus FNS as their IGL. And Cutler is without a doubt their most consistent player.
