StarSeries XIII group draw

The group draw for StarSeries XIII has taken place, with the 16 participants having been split into four different groups.

StarSeries season 13 is all set to start as 16 teams from all over Europe will duke it out for their share of the league's $68,000 prize pool - the highest figure in the history of the competition.

After previously announcing a provisional list of participants with just 14 entries, Starladder has now revealed that the last two places will be filled by LDLC White and PENTA Sports.

Team Kinguin to face ex-CPH Wolves on Tuesday

The participating teams have been drawn into four groups of four teams, who will face each other in a double-elimination bracket stage. The top two sides from each group will then advance to the second group stage.

The draw has determined that Team Kinguin, the international roster assembled by Mikail "⁠Maikelele⁠" Bill and Adil "⁠ScreaM⁠" Benrlitom will play their first official match against the former CPH Wolves team, whose lineup remains unclear following the disbandment of the Danish side. The match is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19th, at 21:00 .

group a navi, group b titan (MAYBE. HR can take it they wont win tournament but they might get past groups) group c tsm and group d envy.... kinguin got a tough group to beat at least because envy. but who knows how they will play, my guess is not amazing but they will manage and stuff.

Many LANs happening all the time. Last 3 LANs all had some of the top teams missing. This one will have some other ones missing to take a vacation or have real practice instead of playing league matches every day.

I don't think it sucks. It's like tennis. The majors happen 4 times a year and that's where everyone meets. The tournaments in between are sort of to keep your form up and to keep getting invited to other tournaments. What I don't like too much is that every tournament these days uses an online qualification and no invites. Imo at least 2-4 teams should be invited and the rest qualify. It allows the top teams to attend more tournaments in general cos they don't get burned out playing league games 5 days a week. All these league games is why teams are skipping tournaments. They don't have time to rest and don't have time to come up with new things.

i know. i forgot to add "and global". sltv was top EU tournament while faceit was top GLOBAL tournament... but there was no keyd so faceit wasnt global too... so only sltv and faceit had top eu teams. btw. why cant you the same what esea and esl did? one big league faceit sltv league on faceit client with finals in kiev (faceit doesnt even have an arena)? we can see now you alone are too small to compete with eseaesl league but with faceit you d be as big as them instead two lesser leagues. you cooperate anyway so why no cooperate fully? now sadly sltv and faceit are t2 because of eseaesl :/

No one of the player even admitted to this. He was like it was ESEA so we skipped,probably due to some scheduling issues during league matches. all good now since tournament price is huge.

when they lost initial matches and had no chance to advance they were forfeiting last matches. ofc esea was mad about that and banned them for the next season. same with tsm.

Esea did not invite nip because they forfeited the previous esea season to which they were invited and we're anyways at the bottom of the table. Tbqh nip win nothing and have won nothing in the last 1 year.. They should really try to win something..
