Excello and CS part ways

After weeks of speculation, it has been confirmed. The portugese organisation "Team Excello" have removed their CS Squad.

The Official Statement from the site:

"Team Excello and its Counter Strike team are parting ways, after having been under the same flag for the past 5 months. The counter Strike team have played under our flag in Finland, Russia, Ukraine and France but now, after a meeting following ESWC Masters, it became clear that that both sides didn't share the same vision for the future. Team Excello will be focusing on newly found grounds such as World of Warcraft, while the Counter Strike team will be following their professional gamer career in another organisation.
We would like to say thank you and wish good luck to the Counter Strike team in their future endeavours."

Matti "SPIKEONE" Järvinen
Janne "Kuppi" Kuparin
Konsta "kookas" Kaisla
Joona "natu" Leppänen
Tomi "lurppis" Kovanen

It will be interesting to see whether the team join another organisation or if this will be the end of their playing careers.

it will be better if they make there own oranisation. They are a well knowen team now so they dont need anything special for becoming famouse.

after Logitech.fi times , they never played well. they should open under some temporary name now , practise well and hope for some improvement. anyway excello should pick team-mates or lag-blank .... but both teams aren't a major success as well

Astralis was one of the Finland's best Counter-Strike teams. They were also in the CPL, where they won their forst match against American "iaqptbcspe" by 16:3, and faced after that NiP and lost it by 10:16. Astralis wasn't a mix.
