FlipSid3 Tactics win ESWC CIS

FlipSid3 Tactics have qualified for ESWC 2015 after easing past ACES 2-0 in the grand final of the CIS qualifier (16-4 on de_cache and 16-5 on de_mirage)

Held inside the Moscow Cyber Stadium, the CIS ESWC qualifier featured a total of ten teams, four of whom were directly invited by the organisers, while the remaining six came from pre-qualifiers that took place in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and the Baltic States.

Following the surprise withdrawal of HellRaisers due to problems with Mihail "⁠Dosia⁠" Stolyarov's documents, FlipSid3 Tactics became red-hot favourites to win the qualifier and join fellow Eastern European rivals Natus Vincere at the event in Montreal.

The biggest surprise in the entire qualifier came in the form of the early elimination of PiTER, who finished third behind FlipSid3 and EVOLUTION in the group stage.

In the semi-final stage, Andrey "⁠B1ad3⁠" Gorodenskiy's side moved past Vega Squadron by a 2-0 scoreline, while ACES required three maps to see off EVOLUTION.

The title decider turned out to be a one-sided affair from start to finish as FlipSid3 breezed past Dmitry "⁠hooch⁠" Bogdanov's men 2-0 while conceding just nine rounds throughout the series.

They never said who had those problems for ESWC, only that Dosia couldn't get to Starladder. My guess from my sherlock worthy investigation: After fragbite in every game I noticed that all HR players had 25-30 ping in most of their matches except Dosia who always had more than 40. My theory: after fragbite 4 players returned to Kiev except Dosia who went to Moscow because they had to go there anyway (for LAN ESWC qualifiers) and he lives (lived) there. But now he cant go back to Kiev because I guess they didnt return all of his documents.

It says in the article that it is Dosia who had problems with 'documentation'. And as the Quals were in Moscow and him being a Russian citizen its likely that the documentation they were referring to were Canadian Visas. It doesn't really matter who it is. If you can't get a visa to Canada there's a big chance that the reason for it is that you have a criminal record.

Thats one reason. The more likely reason is that they take a fucking long time for it, the event is already in 3 weeks. Happens a lot tbh, im dota2 you often hear some standin for a team because someone couldnt get visa in time or even teams replacing others because of those issues.
