AlienTech have announced that they have completed the signing of João "KillDream" Ferreira.

The Portuguese player had been on the lookout for a new challenge in his career since parting ways with AlienTech.Black - a team that would end up disbanding - following a fourth-place finish at CJM First Blood.

He has now found his way back to the top by linking up with AlienTech, whose greatest achievement was attending last year's ESWC finals, where they beat Virtual Impact.

KillDreaM signs for AlienTech

The former k1ck member will fill the shoes of Tiago "⁠marq⁠" Marques, who stepped down from the active line-up as he could no longer commit to the required hours to play at a top level.

"I would like to thank marq for his dedication and commitment to this point and wish him the best of luck," Fábio "Zneil" Vasconçelos told AlienTech's website.

"We would like to welcome KillDream. We believe that, together, we will achieve our goals.

"We see this change as something positive, and right now we are 100 per cent focused on attending [the BYOC tournament of] DreamHack Valencia."

AlienTech, who are competing in the second online pre-qualifier for ESL One Cologne, now have the following roster:

and they kinda almost defeated vp on cache, which is an amazing feat for a team's first international event lol I still remember the match, ended 16-12 and when it was 12-12 with Alientech on CT side, pasha did a 1 vs 3 clutch to win the round and gain vp the momentum needed to finish the game, while also breaking alientech's economy. But mkay.

Are these teams paid in money? I really wonder since they're semi-pros, I'm Portuguese but i don't know. Fox really did well getting in Kinguin, he livin the good life now. He just dodged a bullet with Skytten getting the boot not him, he's next in line if he doesn't step up. I believe he will.
