Rock have confirmed to HLTV.org the additions of Bence "Deadfox" Böröcz and Kristóf "kHRIS" Iváncza to the team.

Both players had been tipped to join Rock on a permanent basis after acting as substitutes for the team during the second online pre-qualifier for ESL One Cologne.

The Hungarian team acquitted themselves well during the tournament and secured a spot at the offline qualifier for the upcoming major after beating teams like Reason Gaming, Orbit and PCBox.

bodito is free to decide his future

After the tournament came to an end, Rock confirmed that both players have joined the team on a permanent basis to replace Patrik "⁠bodito⁠" Boda and Attila "⁠boco⁠" Árvai.

"We had to play with Deadfox as a stand-in during the first pre-qualifier, in which we beat Gamers2 and barely lost to INSHOCK, and it was during that tournament that we realised how good he is," Viktor "flash" Bea told HLTV.org.

"We then decided to add him to the team in boco's stead. It was a very hard decision to make, but Deadfox was filling boco's role on the team.

"Bodito was our young talent who can make some mistakes from time to time. We tried to fix these issues, but in the end we opted to try kHRIS out for the qualifier, and it worked out well since we achieved our goal, which was to get a spot at the offline qualifier."

Rock will attend the offline qualifier for ESL One Cologne with the following lineup:

András "⁠ZEN⁠" Hidvégi

I agree by putting deadfox in to the team, but I do not agree with the boco one. They should have remove bodito and put deadfox in to the line-up. Some double AWP setups plus deadfox is beast with rifles aswell. RIP no boco no rock
