Hiko: "CT sides get a little bit rough"

We sat down to talk to Spencer "Hiko" Martin about his surprising decision to ring for FlipSid3, his thoughts on the Group A results, and his future goals for CS:GO.

FlipSid3 Tactics surprised many with their decision to enlist Spencer "⁠Hiko⁠" Martin as a fifth member due to Georgi "⁠WorldEdit⁠" Yaskin's inability to get a visa sorted in time.

The team went on to keep the hype alive by stunning Keyd Stars 16-13 on de_cbble in a match which very likely helped send the Brazilians out of the tournament. Although FlipSid3 were unable to top their group, the Ukrainian-American mix was able to advance to the playoffs as a result of two wins during the day.

We approached Hiko in order to gather his thoughts on the day and on playing as a stand-in for FlipSid3.
