Bravado change two

Aran "⁠Sonic⁠" Groesbeek, who has already garnered a modest following thanks to his frag friendly play style, and Ashton "⁠Golz⁠" Muller, will step into Dane "⁠racno⁠" Friedman and Leon "⁠Flarez⁠" Wong's shoes as Bravado hope to put South Africa on the map in the international circuit.

After a performance that didn't quite live up to the team's expectations at ESWC 2015 in Montreal, with three ample losses during group play to EnVyUs, CLG, and Renegades, Bravado has set out to try and bring together South Africa's strongest group of players under one banner.

Detrony, who was the 7th best fragger overall at ESWC 2015 with 0.83 kills per round, speaks fondly of the past, but admits certain things must change if South Africa wants to have a chance at fielding a competitive team in the future:

All in all, my decision and intention has been to compete overseas once again, and to do it with the best possible team, or near the best in some cases, that South Africa can offer. This has not been an offer from Bravado to the new individuals involved, but rather discussions that have been under the belt for some time with all five players coming to a mutual agreement and who share the same vision and want to do this together. This move draws a parallel line to Luminosity Gaming and Renegades, the only other two teams from peripheral countries having been able to garner substantial international interest, and whose ability to put their nation's best team forth by signing its most talented players has carved a place for them in the international scene by first dominating their local scenes.
