eBettle have won Assembly Summer 2015 AMD CS:GO Challenge following a 2-1 victory over ROCCAT (de_cbble 22-18, de_dust2 7-16, de_mirage 16-12), taking home the first place prize of $5,000.

Traditionally aking place in Helsinki, the eight-team Assembly Summer kicked off with a best-of-one group stage, where all favourites prevailed, including Jynttä, featuring three members of NiP.

The mixteam also stormed through their fellow countrymen Epiphany in the groups, securing a first place to meet ROCCAT in the semi-finals, who fell short to eBettle in their own group.


GruBy's eBettle secure an international title in Helsinki

Timi "⁠aslak⁠" Verkkoperä and company had no trouble overpowering some of their former teammates on, same as eBettle, who defeated Epiphany on two comfortable maps.

The two teams then battled it out in for the title, kicking off on de_cbble, which went the Poles' way following double mr3 overtime. ROCCAT then had an easier time on de_dust2 thanks to a perfect Counter-Terrorist side.

The match was to be decided on de_mirage, where the Finnish side's nine-round Counter-Terrorist side was not enough to close it out and eBettle emerged victorious at 16-12.
