nerdRage have parted ways with Viliam "villiG" Andrascik with immediate effect after he was caught cheating during the online pre-qualifier for DreamHack Cluj.

After moving past Eagles G in the qualifier's Round of 128, nerdRage were pitted against PiTER in the second round. Halfway through the match, Viliam "⁠villiG⁠" Andrascik was caught cheating by FACEIT's client, which resulted in an automatic two-year ban on the platform.

This incident will draw similarities with the VAC ban handed to Joel "⁠emilio⁠" Mako during a fragbite Masters match between his then team, Property, and HellRaisers.

nerdRage reacted swiftly to the news about villiG's FACEIT ban and immediately cut ties with the player, with the team's future now looking really bleak.

"After finding out the recent shocking news we will have to temporarily suspend villiG with immediate effect," nerdRage manager Alexander "alexE" Erdogan told HLTV.org.

"Until we have further details on the information that arose today we can't comment any further.

"Rest assured nerdRage will remain an active gaming organisation supporting a CSGO squad."

cause the leagues didn't really care about what esl ruled at that point unless they found a vacban he could still play now however when u are banned on one league u are also likely to get banned on any of the other leagues as they want a clean competition after the fiasco that happend before DH Winter2014
