CSGOLounge has announced that it has ventured into competitive Counter-Strike with the signing of the team known as Dobry Gaming.

The Polish team had been on the lookout for a new organisation to represent since being released by Gamers2 following their unsuccessful bid to qualify for ESL One Cologne.

While searching for a new home, the team remained very active, winning RGN Pro Series and qualifying for DreamHack Open Stockholm, which will serve as the qualifier for the Cluj major.

innocent & co now known as Lounge Gaming

With just one week to go before the start of the Swedish event, the Polish team have received a massive boost as they have signed for CSGOLounge, which becomes the latest skins website to support a competitive roster.

Meanwhile, the team have confirmed the permanent additions of Mariusz "⁠Loord⁠" Cybulski and Oskar "⁠oskarish⁠" Stenborowski to the lineup, with the duo stepping into the shoes of Jacek "⁠MINISE⁠" Jeziak and Mikołaj "⁠mouz⁠" Karolewski.

"Finally, we can announce our new home," Paweł "innocent" Mocek said in a statement. "We will play under CSGOLounge from now on.

"We have also undergone two changes as mouz and minise are replaced by Loord, our will be our brain and ingame leader, and by oskarish - a great talent with amazing skills.

"After months of tests I can definitely say that this was a good choice and a step forward because we are now more stable and organised.

"We have a lot of online and offline tournaments ahead, and we look forward to competing in them. Hopefully, we will do enough damage this time around."

CSGOLounge's Courtney "Honeh" Timpson, who will act as the team's manager, gave the following statement about the company's decision to support a professional squad:

"We had long wanted to get involved in the competitive scene, but the timing was never right and we were never exactly sure who to pick up," Timpson said.

"I feel this roster is the perfect team for us. I know we are new to the scene but at the same time I am confident due to our understanding of the scene in general.

"We are very determined and will be putting 110% into this team! I would also like to thank and welcome our new fans who have been following the roster. Watch out for us!"

they currently sponsor many of the tournaments. Having there own team could mean that csgolounge are able to threaten to withdraw there sponsorship because their team isn't in the tournament.

nah 1. the sponsorship of big tournaments (those won't feature this team cause they aren't good) means a lot for csgolounge and thats how they earn their money so they won't withdraw their sponsorships. 2. i guess they want to have a good line up and to be a respectable team in the long run and it's not with unprofessionnal actions like withdrawing sponsorships because their team isn't in the lan that it's gonna work. 3. big tournaments like lets say dreamhack don't really care about csgolounge, they could withdraw i don't think the tournaments would mind that much. one thing that can happen tho and it's called matchfixing. i guess its way easier to do if you also own the website where the bets take place :p
