Team Coast signs Orgless

The North American team who have been going by the moniker of "Orgless" since leaving LunatiK have now been signed by Team Coast, an organisation known for its League of Legends team in the past.

Late in August, it was announced that LunatiK, an organisation which had long been fielding various lineups that played in Premier and even Invite seasons, had dropped its current team due to not being able to provide the team "with what they deserve."

The phrasing of this reason was taken as a sign that the team, which currently plays in both ESL ESEA Pro League Season 2 and CEVO-P Season 8, was on the market for a new organisation which could support its bid to play at the highest echelons of North American Counter-Strike.

Those who do not follow the North American scene closely may best know the team via former Tempo Storm player Peter "⁠stanislaw⁠" Jarguz, who played at the CEVO-P Season 7 finals and who was the odd man out of the late Tempo Storm lineup's dissolution and who soon found his way on the Orgless squad.

Orgless, much like the Sponsorless lineup which recently became Conquest, will now have to discard the frank aptness of their name as the team have been signed by Team Coast, a North American organisation known for its League of Legends team which has played in successive editions of the LCS, the premier league for that game.

Team captain of Orgless (now to be Team Coast) Ahsan "⁠draek⁠" Ismailzadah added his two cents worth on the signing:

"It is with great pleasure that we announce we are joining Team Coast; an established League of Legends organization. We are all very excited about the upcoming road ahead together and look forward to expanding the Coast brand. I would like to thank them for believing in us and hope we can continue opening eyes in the CSGO scene," Ismailzadah told HLTV.org.

The CEO of Team Coast, David Slan, also added his thoughts on the matter:

"We are very pleased to welcome the talented "Orgless" CSGO team to the Coast family. We believe the team has a high ceiling for growth, and look forward to seeing their matches in the current pro season. Coast will do everything possible to support their success, and help them reach their full potential."

Despite someone from their end telling us the numbers we wanted to hear, they were no where close to what the team was wanting and an agreement wasn't going to be made. That article was prematurely written and false when it was written. It appears now they were serious about ponying up the money it takes to get a pro team.
