Method adds Toy, Oso as coach

Method, an American team which plies its trade in the ESL ESEA Pro League and CEVO-P Season 8, has been without an official fifth player since releasing Michael "⁠MAiNLiNE⁠" Jaber in mid-August.

The team then began to play with David "⁠Toy⁠" Han, a player who has been known for his frequent "ringing" (or standing in) in the rosters of numerous teams if they had a player unavailable, as well as being briefly floated as a potential fifth player for Cloud9 during the team's roster shuffle back in April.

Although it was long suspected that Toy would be transitioning into the role of official fifth player for Method, the organisation has now officially announced the signing. Zachary "⁠Eley⁠" Stauffer, the team's IGL, added a few thoughts on the acquisition:

"Our longer than anticpated hunt for a 5th has finally come to a close with the addition of Toy. He is one of the more versatile and knowledgable players I've played with. He adapts well to any role he is put in and works hard to improve in areas that he can improve on. The team feels he is going to be a huge contributing factor in reaching the goals and expectations we have set for ourselves for the remainder of the season and future of this team. #AmericasRingerNoMore"

Method, who have also been on the lookout for a coach for the team for quite awhile, were able to also announce the signing of Jared 'Oso' Hartman to the coaching role. Hartman dropped a line about his new role:

"I am excited for the opportunity that I've been given to work with the team and the Method organization. We are ready to build on the success that we saw at the end of last season with a goal to become one of the top teams in North America. We have a lot of potential and I can't wait to help take Method to the next level."

Method's CS:GO team are currently playing in the ESL ESEA Pro League and CEVO-P Season 8, with failed qualification bids for PGL Season 1 finals and FACEIT Season 3. The team last attended WinOut CS:GO Championships, where they finished in 5-6th place.
