RCTIC win Jimm's CS:GO Challenge

RCTIC have won "Jimm's CS:GO Challenge," a Finnish CS:GO tournament taking place as part of Jessemly #2, defeating TMVG 2-0 (16-13 on de_dust2 and 16-8 on de_cbble).

Taking place this weekend in the city of Jyväskylä,Finland, Jimm's CS:GO Challenge at Jessembly #2 promised 2,750€ (~$3,070) in prize money for Finland's top teams at an offline event.

16 teams converged on-site on October 16th for the BYOC qualifier (which was not without its problems such as group stage raffling and server problems), and the non-BYOC main tournament kicked off the next day.

Twista's RCTIC win a local LAN

With ROCCAT not attending in the end, it was Lasse "ZOREE" Uronen's RCTIC team (who were previously known as Epiphany) who triumped through the single elimination, best-of-three bracket and defeated Miikka "suNny" Kemppi's TMVG 2-0 in the grand final (16-13 on de_dust2 and 16-8 on de_cbble).

its actually pretty good prizepool in finland considering the amount of teams & events here. RCTIC propably got travelexpenses paid and stuff, so its free 340€

ROCCAT still isn't that good of a team tbh. Would love to see suNny on an international team but we all know how those things are just dreams.

ROCCAT atm doesn't even exist, at least KHRN, aslak and REFLEX aren't active in leagues or anything atm juho, suNny and xartE seem to have kind of team, but lacking five full tryharding players

they could, but for example disturbed and nsub are too busy tryharding the game, and especially disturbed needs a good payment to leave his work for cs only - which is quite unlikely to happen gotta wait new guys reaching the needed level

indeed, and that is the problem :D he doesn't have time or energy to focus anymore so a good all star team that obviously should have him isn't possible
