Refuse pick up ex-Aposis

Greece and United Kingdom-based organisation Team Refuse sported a prolific number of teams back in 2014, including Finnish and Danish teams at various points in time.

Since then, the organisation was dormant until today announcing the acquisiton of the Norwegian ex-Aposis players.

Aposis were recently seen competing in the Hitbox Arena Showdown and are also currently playing in CEVO Main (where the team have already qualified for Professional playoffs in sixth place), the StarSeries ProLadder, and ESEA Intermediate.

Team manager Bastian "⁠rawriez⁠" Skjelstad (who himself was an active player last year) gave an official statement on his team's thoughts on being signed by Refuse:

"We are very pleased to announce that we have come to an agreement with Team Refuse, resulting in what we hope will be a long-lasting and successful cooperation with said organization. Following our recent success in CEVO Main securing a spot in the play-offs and winning KBX (and approximately $5000 USD) in Oslo, we are very hopeful for our future as a team.

We will initially prove our worth online, which eventually will be followed up by international LAN event attendance if everything goes as planned. We recently also won KBX.no lan, where we won 3-1 in a bo5 lanmatch versus Lions, also secured ourselves approx. ~5000 dollars.

We wish to thank all old as well as new fans and friends for supporting us on our journey towards new heights. Lastly, we would like to send our thanks in the direction of Team Refuse (especially Nick) in addition to their partners, namely, Tesoro, Lenovo, Kinguin and GUNNAR Optiks."
