DH Open Cluj viewer's guide

We have prepared our traditional viewer's guide ahead of Wednesday's kick-off of the last major of 2015, DreamHack Open Cluj-Napoca.

In just two days' time, the Polyvalent Hall, in the Romanian city of Cluj-Napoca, will stage the third $250,000 Valve-sponsored CS:GO tournament of the year, hosted by DreamHack in association with PGL.

Sixteen teams, coming from Europe, North America and South America, will face off for the first prize of $100,000 and the title of major champions. The tournament will kick off with a double-elimination group stage, in which only the decider matches will be played in a best-of-three format, followed by the single-elimination playoffs.

Will fnatic defend their Cologne title?

I don't know if that is established yet. I think they might put all the nr1s in one pool and all the 2nds in another and then they draw from that. Don't quote me on that though.

Vexed don't have such a hard group this time around, compared to previous major. They can win with C9 or Luminosity if they are on point. Obviously they will lose to fnatic at the beginning. Also, HellRaisers should have won with Vexed in the first place in qualifications.
