x6tence eSports Club have announced via Twitter that they have dispensed with the services of four of their CS:GO players.

The decision comes in the aftermath of a disappointing campaign from x6tence at the LVP Final Cup 9 Finals, in Madrid, where the team finished runners-up to a gBot side who attended the event with a stand-in.

It was the latest of a series of lacklustre results from the team, who failed to live up to the expectations surrounding it after the new roster - featuring Balkan duo Anel "⁠NENO⁠" Ceković and Nemanja "⁠k1Ng0r⁠" Bošković - was revealed, in August.

FlipiN will rebuild x6tence's squad

Just two weeks after revamping their squad, x6tence were dealt a heavy blow as Oscar "⁠mixwell⁠" Cañellas signed for gBots. Since then, the team had been playing with stand-ins, first Konstantinos "⁠tsack⁠" Theodoropoulos, then Lucas "⁠rEcki⁠" Reckermann.

Antonio "⁠FlipiN⁠" Rivas del Rey is the only player from the team who remains tied to x6tence, who have tasked him with rebuilding the squad. On his stream, the 28-year-old revealed that he will pick young Spanish talents to play alongside him.

x6tence were last seen with the following roster:

He will continue playing, that's what he said, he might change the idea in the future who knows. His idea is to sign new and young players to the team, new fresh blood.

He is basically in charge of the csgo team. He can do as he pleases. I doubt he will step down as a player, probably will end as IGL.

btw maybe you know more about it: Uhm recki was playing with a german ex-pro in a starladder cup, he could speak fluent german btw. He told them, that they had to speak english ingame, because of king0r and neno. But 2 of them couldn't even speak fluent english (I think it was flipin and kairi). So well, if that is true, I'm not surprised they got released.
