No impact = if some one kill another one while he is trying to save the gun not win the round. He won the round so yeah he made impact. They lost the match ? yes ok, but if Guardian or KennyS kill 40+ and lost the match it doesn't mean that 40 kill was with no impact cmon

Impact is normally judged on how much effect the person had on winning the round. If you get an ace including a 1v3 clutch you had a huge impact. No impact is getting kills in an already lost round where the other team's economy is very good so it doesn't matter or baiting and getting kills, but still losing the round, or hunting eco frags. This gave them a foot in the door to try to come back even if that comeback was really unlikely and didn't happen. Definitely not low impact.
