E-frag to add sub for Minor qualifiers
E-frag.net will add a substitute player to play for the team in the qualifiers for the European Minor, HLTV.org has learned.
The Bulgarian team are barred from all Valve-sponsored events following a VAC ban handed in October 2014 to an account linked to Simeon "dream3r" Ganev's ESEA profile.
Back in January, the 18-year-old claimed that the account in question had been stolen and that he started using a new one in September 2014 - before the ban was placed.
E-frag's efforts to contact Valve regarding this matter have so far proved fruitless, despite the fact that, in April, LDLC White member Matthieu "matHEND" Roquigny was successful in his appeal against a suspension from majors in a similar case.

dream3r is unable to attend Valve-sponsored events
With the qualifiers for the Valve-sponsored European Minor due to take place in January, the team will add a substitute player in order to have a shot at attending the event in Bucharest, which will hand out $50,000 and a spot at the offline qualifier for the MLG CS:GO Major.
A source close to the team has told HLTV.org that the stand-in will be unveiled next month, after the players have decided their future with E-frag as their contracts with the Serbian organisation are about to expire.
