Bracket for NA Minor qual. released

The North American qualifier for the Americas Minor has reached its closed stages, with 16 teams battling it out for four spots at the $50,000 event.

The 128-team open qualifier came to a close on Saturday and featured a major upset as compLexity failed to break into the top 8 following a 0-2 defeat against Obey.Trifecta and a 14-16 loss against Animosity.

The top eight sides from this qualifier will advance to a closed double-elimination tournament, in which they will be joined by eight seeded teams.

Winterfox will try to secure a spot at the Minor

The four leading teams from the closed qualifier will then join the top two from the South American online qualifier and two invited teams at the Americas Minor, taking place at the MLG Arena in Columbus, Ohio, from January 15-17.

rosa team is a mexican team that need to play in NA server to have a decent ping.. in a SA league, when SA teams have 160 ping in NA server.. what's the fucking logic? (Even colobian teams need play in NA servers, for us it's a fucking terrible ping as well). Cogu team lost two of them games for Colobian and Mexican teams playing at 160~180 ping.. Ridiculous

Another comment: some of these matches should be on HLTV. A bunch of top-premier an invite NA teams playing, and some of the matches are being streamed on MLG.TV
