WCG pre-qual reach playoffs

The online pre-qualifier for WCG Sweden set off today with the group stage, only eight advanced for day and the playoffs.

The group stage for the Swedish online pre-qualifier for WCG Sweden started today. While fnatic and Blank already had secured a spot for the National Finals later in September, SK Gaming, Evilzone and more had to fight for a qualification spot.

At the end of the day, Evilzone surprisingly did not make the cut as they tied and lost one match. SK Gaming advanced without any major problems. Day two will feature the brackets, being played single elimination best off three. Round 1 and 2 will be played today (Saturday) while third placing match and the final will be played Sunday.
