Epsilon lose CS:GO team

Epsilon's players have decided to cut ties with the organisation, the team have told HLTV.org.

In a joint statement, the players revealed that they had grown unhappy at the lack of support provided by Epsilon, who allegedly failed to deliver on a number of promises made before signing the team, in May.

HLTV.org has learned that each player on the team is owed a four-figure fee and that all attempts to recover the money, which includes travel costs and tournament entry fees, have proved fruitless.

MusambaN1 & co seek new orga

The friction with the Epsilon management has certainly played a part in the team's recent dip in form. Earlier in the week, Jonathan "⁠MusambaN1⁠" Torrent's side failed to qualify for the Barcelona CS:GO Invitational after losing to a mix team called MixFTW.

"We have made the decision to leave Epsilon way too late, despite the fact that they have not given us anything of what was promised (bootcamps, paid expenses to an event in the United States, full gear support, ESEA premium, etc)," a statement from the team read.

"We paid for the last months of ESEA Premium and for tournaments entry fees ourselves.

"We have had the same jerseys for almost nine months, and these are not even the official club jerseys. They are low cost jerseys that were shredded after a few months. They told us for three months that they would send us new ones, but they are still on their way.

"For every tournament we attended, they said they would buy the tickets, but then on the eve of the event we had to buy them ourselves. This happened in every tournament we attended.

"When it comes to salary, they paid it when they felt like it.

"MusambaN1 was at Epsilon for 5-6 months, and he spent most of that time asking for his contract to be sent to him so that he could start getting paid. His contract was not sent until a few weeks ago.

"Epsilon did not even give us a server to practice, we had to buy one ourselves.

"We are very sad for this situation and without motivation to continue to compete under this organisation, despite the good name they have in the scene. We have not achieved the goal of being a top team, but that is not a reason for players not to be treated fairly."

Honestly, I think it's about time they are no longer with Epsilon. No offense but those guys did nothing special throughout the whole time they've been in Epsilon. Which is very unfortunate, it would be really cool to see a Spanish team and Epsilon on the map.

Finally a good news about this team, they didn't deserved been in that orga after wasted a huge opportunity as been sponsored under Epsilon, just bad results.

It's a combination of both bad results and lack of motivation. How could you perform at your 100% when you have no motivation to do it? If you haven't got paid or you feel you're being mocked by the org?

Whats up with these CS GO shitty organisations ?? How are these players expected to perform at the top tier in the world while constantly worrying about being paid or about having shitty jerseys. I say, VAC ban these organisations who fail to honor there contracts while players are putting there 100%. Was there any reply or statement from Epsilon ?? coz these are serious allegations and if true, any good self respecting, aspiring team won't team with them now.
