CLG bring in FugLy; pita to coach
CLG have filled out their roster for the 2016 season by signing ex-Liquid player Jacob 'FugLy' Medina as the team's fifth as well as making Faruk 'pita' Pita the team's head coach.
CLG saw a dip in form that brought the North American outfit from being perhaps the second best team in North America in the middle of 2015 to being the third best, as well as falling to 15th place in our latest team ranking.
After the ESL ESEA Pro League Season 2 finals, the team parted ways with longtime teammate Pujan "FNS" Mehta and announced an open recruitment period in the hopes of finding a fifth member.

FugLy finds a new home in CLG
The team have now announced that they have signed Jacob "FugLy" Medina as their fifth, who was last seen plying his trade for Liquid before quietly stepping down as that team decided to try out Aleksi "allu" Jalli before ultimately signing Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev.
In a statement on CLG's website, FugLy gave a few words on his signing to the North American organisation:
"CLG is a top tier organization in North America and I know that our future looks really good with their support and their involvement with the CS:GO team...Anything we need, whether it be a bootcamp or hiring a guy for analysis they can do for us."
"My strengths would definitely be being a team player and trading efficiently! I am not afraid to go in and revenge a kill if needed."
In addition, Faruk "pita" Pita, who was already brought on board to coach CLG for both Northern Arena and the ESL ESEA Pro League Season 2 finals in December, has been signed as the new head coach of CLG.
Both FugLy and pita himself spoke briefly about the decision to bring the storied player on board as coach:
"With the addition of pita as a coach, it means strict 'EU-esque' practice habits...I won't go into details, but with his help I'm convinced that we will do great things," Medina said.
"I have no expectations, only goals. We will take it one step at a time and hopefully be able to compete versus the best today," Pita said.
The new 2016 lineup for CLG Blue (so called to differentiate it from CLG Red) will be:
Tarik "tarik" Celik
Stephen "reltuC" Cutler
Josh "jdm64" Marzano
James "hazed" Cobb
Jacob "FugLy" Medina
