Roccat moves to GamePlay.TV

Finnish Powerhouse's "Roccat" have left the organisation in search of new pastures.

The team joined the Roccat Organisation in August 2007, coming from the German Organisation, 69°N-28°E. A week before GameGune 2008 the team were prohibited from going and this brought about considerable unrest in the Finnish camp. In response, the squad have left Roccat and joined the Russian TV Channel, GamePlay.TV.

Team manager Shayan "Shayan" Taleb commented:

"The reason we decided to leave Roccat in the first place was because we felt that we had come to the end of the road. Roccat wanted to give full support to other teams and we wanted to evolve and continue forward and like it was meant to be I met this Russian guy at ESWC Masters and we had a chat and then two and then more and in the end he decided to give us his fully support."

GamePlay.TV is:

The team will supposedly be competing in all CS events this year bar the Global Challenge in Montreal, Canada. The organisation will also be bringing out a documentary about the team - "similar to those other gaming related out there but better."
