Team123 move to Alpha Gaming

The team formerly known as Team123, formed around Danny "BERRY" Krüger, has found a new home in Alpha Gaming, a new brand organization in the scene.

A new organization has arisen with the name Alpha Gaming, who have completed the signing of Team123 including names such as SK's former players Danny "⁠BERRY⁠" Krüger and Rasmus "⁠SandeN⁠" Sanden.

The team was put together at the beginning of March, when BERRY brought together former teammates SandeN and Nikolaj "⁠holzt⁠" Holst, as well as two up-and-comers, Christian "⁠rezex⁠" Bjerregaard and 17-year-old Daniel "⁠mertz⁠" Mertz.


BERRY is coming back to Copenhagen Games with the new lineup

Since then Team123 participated in the third season of Global Offensive Champions League, where they managed to defeat ALTERNATE aTTaX before falling to domestic competitors Dignitas and being unable to repeat the victory over the Germans in the decider.

According to the press release, the team is looking to gain experience at the €30,000 tournament during Copenhagen Games, starting in just under three days.

"It is with great pleasure that we are now joining Alpha Gaming. We know we have the ability to accomplish great things and hope to create good results under this name." Daniel "mertz" Mertz said in a statement for the organization.

"Our main goal at the moment is to become the best team we possibly can, and we are working towards doing that right now. I don't think we will win CPH Games, we still have a lot to work with and going against the teams that are attending will be a challenge. But I think we could do some damage against a lot of the teams and we hope to finish top5 at CPH Games."
