MLG Columbus Day 4 photos

Three semifinalists for the MLG Columbus Major were decided on the fourth day of the event and here is a collection of photos from the Nationwide Arena.

After a day of action at the Nationwide Arena, we now know that Natus Vincere, Astralis, and Liquid are three of the four semifinalists to play tomorrow at the MLG Columbus Major, as the final semifinalist will be decided early tomorrow in the fourth quarter-final.

Due to the small and constricted nature of the stage, no actual photographers were allowed up to take close-up shots of the players so we had to make do with a variety of other wide-angle and human interest shots. Feel free to see a sample below.

Atlest they didnt take a picture of jdm and his annoying murica sweatband or whatever the fuck it was. You never know with muricans.

these photos aren't that good especially seeing as though most of the photographers are using what seem to be D5s quite a few are out of focus or just bad pictures

all of the ones I've seen are of the Nikon DX range (no Nikon Dxxx or Dxxxx) so far haven't seen any others. What do you guys use then? Canon xD range? I'm interested to know as I might be buying either a Nikon D7200 or cheap it out a little with a D3300

didn't the 7D come out fairly recently? also which other orgs are there? Do you need to be with an org to be able to wander around fairly freely and take these pictures(I haven't been to a LAN before)? also although your probably not interested I'd like to hear your thoughts on my portfolio: robertsonphotography.myfreesites.net/ Thanks : )

I think you're talking about 7D MK2. The original 7D came out in 2009. Also nature isn't really my thing :D

Ah, more of a Nikon guy personally but I knew something had happened with a 7D recently. Also, do you know how the internship thing works/when I'm likely to get a response? Or do you not know anything about that side of things? Edit: ah ok just trying to get some insight and constructive criticism on my pictures from someone who is to do with photography.
