Casters for SL Invitational revealed

Starladder has revealed the full talent lineup for the upcoming SL i-League CS:GO Invitational.

From May 19-22, the Olimpiyskiy Football Stadium, in Kiev, will play host to the first edition of its invitational CS:GO tournament, featuring eight teams - two of whom are yet to be determined - and a $100,000 prize fund.

The final two participants are expected to be revealed by Starladder on Friday, along with the complete tournament schedule.

Mantrousse to host the SL i-League Invitational English broadcast

The English language broadcast team will be led by Pala "⁠Pala⁠" Gilroy Sen, with the likes of Matthew "Sadokist" Trivett and Henry "⁠HenryG⁠" Greer doing the play-by-play commentary, while experts such as Joona "⁠natu⁠" Leppänen and Halvor "⁠vENdetta⁠" Gulestøl will be breaking down the matches at the analyst desk.

He casted some match, he's good, he doesn't talk too much and he is on point most of the time (I would say this part has to be improved, but as he solo-casted a lot he could not observe & be on point 100% of the time ^^)

The thing i dislike the most are "play-by-play" casters trying to analyze during the game, what this and that team is doing wrong. Because 90% of the time you have no clue whats going on and its really really annoying to listen to. Also if you heavily criticizes one of the teams it feels like you have bias towards the other team. You should remain neutral always. Therefore, just commentate. Semmler is the absolute worst at this. God damn. I insta-mute whenever he's casting. Anders, DDK, James Bardolph are also bad. Anders and his theorycraft lmao. DDK & JZFB duo are also bad since none of them are "experts" or have CS-knowledge. Sadokist is good, but he has HenryG by his side. They have clear defined roles which works well. Good chemistry as well. I honestly don't know why you guys think you are entitled to "analyze". With no background in competetive e-sport, gold nova rank on your personal stream (semmler) and so on... I don't get it... Im also against play-by-play casters on the analyst desk. For reasons mentioned above. Please please please stick to what you are good at. Commentating. Let the experts (who has a legitimate CS background, natu, YNk, etc.) do the analyzing. I feel like it's a tendency that has emerged the last one or two years. I can recommend learning from tosspot. Such a talented guy. He never analyzed, just commentated. And he was sooo good. Fuck me... I miss him :( The way you sound is just at matter of personal taste. I'm just not a fan. Not much to do about it / discuss about. If you improve on the above mentioned it would help A LOT. Not just you but all play-by-play casters.

Natu has been in many tournaments recently and everytime there is topics here that he is one of the worst caster/analyst, not that he doesn't know about the game but his speaking skills are bad.
