ENCE and HellRaisers win openers

The first two matches of Group B are now behind us as HellRaisers defeated CSGL (16-10 on Mirage) while ENCE took a win over GODSENT (19-17 on Mirage)  to earn their respective spots in the winner's match.

In the first match CSGL got off to a very strong start against HellRaisers going up 6-0 on the Terrorist side of de_mirage. From this point, HellRaisers went on a 7-2 streak to end the half with the Polish team having a minimal, one round lead.


Zero top-fragged for HellRaisers with a 25:13 score

The second half saw HellRaisers take advantage of the momentum they built up at the end of the first half as they were able to win the pistol round in the next half. In fact, they only allowed CSGL to win two rounds before closing out the match, 16-10 in a dominating second half performance.

The match between GODSENT and ENCE was a true battle between the Finns and Swedes. From the very start of the match it was obvious neither team would give way easily and the first half ended up with an 8-7 score in favor of ENCE.


suNny had a 1.62 rating to push ENCE through GODSENT 

In the second half we saw more of the same very close play between the two teams. This time around it was GODSENT that ended up winning the half by one round forcing the match into overtime. In overtime it was still incredibly close but ENCE was able to prove they were the better team to advance to the winner's match winning 19-17.
