Razer Rising Stars EU & SA set to start

Eight invited and eight qualified teams will participate in the first season of the European contest that aims to promote up-and-coming teams. All sides will play with each other in best-of-two matches and the top eight squads will qualify for the next season of the league.

At the end of the season, the champions will take home $10,000 while the runner-ups will earn $5,000. Additionally, teams that complete all fifteen of their matches will be rewarded $500.

The European league features some familiar teams such as CSGL, Orbit, Space Soldiers, and AGG. The full list of teams can be found below:

The distribution of the prize pool for the European League is:

Razer Rising Stars South American League is also set to start as eight teams will compete for a $10,000 prize pool. The format will be the same as the European league as the matches will be best-of-twos. The champions will grab $5,000 and the top four teams will qualify for the next season.
