PENTA qualify for ESL Pro League S4

PENTA have won the ESL Pro League Season 3 Relegation match over Virtus.pro (Cache 16-3, Mirage 9-16, Cobblestone 19-17) to qualify for the next season of the league.

As Virtus.pro placed last in the online portion of ESL Pro League Season 3 following a 4-18 record, they were originally supposed to be relegated to ESEA Premier, but a change in the number of teams and the relegation system gave them a chance to stay in the league.

PENTA were the ones to join them in the relegation match due to placing second to HellRaisers (who qualified for the league directly) at ESEA Premier Season 21 Finals earlier this month.

The two teams fought for the ESL Pro League spot in a best-of-three series earlier today and it was the Germany-based squad who qualified following a nail-biting finish on the decider, Cobblestone.

With PENTA qualifying, the league's list of participants for season four currently looks as follows:

Nah, due to wesa, they will get invited. The invite wildcard was a safety for them, if they were to lose against penta, which they did. Corrupt as fuck!!

Thats EXACTLY my thoughts. Its actually funny that: i thought VP would still be able to win against Penta... And Godsent would get the invite. Now that VP didnt qualify, its hard to believe they WOULDNT get the spot anyways. They clearly deserve to be let out of Pro Series.. Just like in any sports. If you suck, you go to the lower level and maybe come back next season.

Either VP or ENCE, just to increase the coverage of Europe for the sake of CSGO popularity. They would certainly get more views than with those others. Givin TBA to swedish or french team and there'd be 3 teams from Sweden/France.
