TyLoo and dignitas survive in Katowice

TyLoo and dignitas managed to stay alive in Katowice after the former beat Splyce 16-14 on Mirage and the latter defeated Renegades 16-12 on Dust2.

Two teams with a 1-2 record, TYLOO and Splyce, fought for their tournament life on Mirage. TYLOO, who were on the CT-side, secured the pistol round. Splyce answered right back but couldn't put together a streak. Hui "DD" Wu's quad kill gave TYLOO their fifth round (5-1).

David "DAVEY" Stafford almost clutched a 1vs3 but came up short and Splyce called for a timeout as they trailed 1-7. The North Americans executed two fast A-site rushes and picked up two consecutive rounds (10-3). TYLOO led 12-3 at halftime.

DD won the game for TyLoo

Abraham "abE" Fazli showed up with a quad kill in the second pistol round and brought home the round win but they lost a 4vs2 in the following one. (13-4). Splyce suddenly decided to get into the game and took seven rounds in a row, making it 14-11.

The North Americans got stopped after the said streak and TYLOO attained four match points with a 2vs3 round win (15-11). TYLOO's economy got reset a round later and Splyce went on to get their 14th round. DD clutched a 1vs2 to win the game 16-14 and sent Splyce home.
