dignitas secure third seed over TSM

The very last series of Group D's round robin was one that would determine third and fourth place. Dignitas got off to a flying start as Terrorists shortly after René "⁠cajunb⁠" Borg clutched a 1v2 in the initial pistol round.

TSM couldn't get a round in until it was 7-0, but due to taking away multiple guns in most of the rounds, they managed to force the Danes on a poor buy only after two won gunrounds where the newcomer Casper "⁠cadiaN⁠" Møller picked up a couple of opening kills.

While the forcebuy was enough to put the Danes up to eight rounds, TSM were able to recover and dominate the remainder of the half for a 7-8 scoreline. Winning the second pistol round, the North American squad even got their first lead, but an eco victory on the opponents' side and a 1v1 clutch from Mathias "⁠MSL⁠" Lauridsen took it away.

Multiple forcebuys were won on either side afterwards, but ultimately it was Dignitas grabbing a point at 16-12 with Kristian "⁠k0nfig⁠" Wienecke closing it out with a quad-kill.

TSM were looking to get revenge on Dust2, Dignitas' least played map outside of Nuke, and they did get the pistol round as Terrorists. It was all for naught however, as Ruben "⁠RUBINO⁠" Villarroel did what he's best known for nowadays and clutched a 1v2 with a scout on 1 HP.

He continued to massacre TSM throughout the half and Dignitas didn't lose a single round until it was 10-1, at which point the Norwegian was sitting at a whopping 18-3 score.

Kory "⁠SEMPHIS⁠" Friesen's team only got one more round on the T side, but they refused to budge as CT. The deficit was too much to handle however, as Dignitas ultimately picked up map two at 16-11.
