mTw vs SK in WCG grand final

mTw and SK Gaming will face each other in the World Cyber Games 2008 grand final – On the line is 50.000$ and golden medals.

World Cyber Games 2008 is getting close to its end, finishing the event off will be a clash between two Scandinavian teams, what should be a much exciting match. SK Gaming qualified to the grand final by beating the Koreans from e-STRO, while mTw defeated the Norwegians from cbteam. The final will be one of many matches between the two, with mTw being the dominant force, judging by latest matches between the two.


The Danes has won five of the latest matches between the two, latest in the group stage at World eSports Masters, finishing the Swedes off with a 16:6 victory on train. Both of the teams ran into trouble during their way through the bracket. SK Gaming had close matches against both GamePlay and e-STRO while mTw mainly had difficulties with cbteam. On the line in this grand final will be 50.000$ and gold medals for the team able to defeat the other.

The match will be carried on playing best of three maps, ensuring you a much exciting match. The match will be played on the WCG stage, meaning no HLTV, but only livestream. The match is counted as being very even. In the SteelSeries WCG competition, 150 have predicted SK Gaming to win WCG, while a total of 227 have put their faith in the hands of mTw.
