Flipsid3 send MVP packing

Flipsid3 Tactics defeat MVP Project with a 16-9 score on Mirage to keep themselves in the tournament.

Coming into the elimination match of Group B, it was FlipSid3 with the pressure on their backs as the CIS team is without a win in the last 15 matches - with a 20-1 map score since their victory over Ninjas in Pyjamas in the group stage of the last Major.

Andrey "B1ad3" Gorodenskiy's team got the pistol round to start the match off but MVP Project replied instantly with a force buy on the second round. With that round, the Koreans got to a 4-1 lead before FlipSid3 brought one back, only to be eco'ed on the following round.

It was Hyun-Pyo "XigN" Lee and Jung-Hyeon "rindA" Jeon with the five-seven double kills to win that round for MVP Project, but they didn't manage to hold the next round versus a mixed FlipSid3 buy.

That round reset the Koreans economy, but they managed another pistol buy victory with a three-man A main push that ended up flanking B1ad3 and Georgi "WorldEdit" Yaskin who were setting up in middle.

wayLander's team managed to break the negative trend versus MVP project

With three rounds lost to pistols in the first 10 it was looking grim for FlipSid3, a team that is usually good on Terrorist sides and in anti-eco's. But with clutches from WorldEdit and Yegor "markeloff" Markelov in the last rounds of the half they managed to get to a respectable 9-6 scoreline.

The CIS team took the momentum into the second half, getting the pistol and rolling to a 11-9 lead before MVP Project managed to get into a good situation on the Terrorist side.

The Koreans had 4v2 situation and the control of the B site, but decided to rotate to A where WorldEdit and Jan "wayLander" Rahkonen were waiting, presumably already given up on the round. With the clock ticking low, the CT players managed to get the enough kills to prevent the bomb plant, winning the round due to time running out.

From that point onward, it seemed that Hyung-Ju "Sound" Nam's team had no chance to get back in the match and FlipSid3 closed it out with a 16-9 scoreline, winning the last 13 rounds in a row.

16 - 15 +1 65.9 76.0% 1.04

This result means that MVP Project is eliminated from the tournament, while FlipSid3 will take on the loser from the match between G2 and FaZe for a spot in the playoffs tomorrow.

They went fully retard into LoL and I'll guess but I fell that they'll go full retard into Overwatch now. Starcraft is still on top of their competitions.

The biggest problem that korea cannot try for CSGO is maybe because of the game "Sudden Attack(totally copy of cs1.6&much ezr game)", and now OverWatch. Also because of CS:Online, people have not good emotions for CS. Yet not much people play CS:Online, it will be impossibly hard to go CSGO for Esports in Korea.
