mousesports have released coach Aleksandar "kassad" Trifunović, as both sides agreed to "pursue different paths within eSports", the organization announced via social media.

Aleksandar "⁠kassad⁠" Trifunović had been a part of MOUZ since ESL One Cologne's Main Qualifier and helped them qualify for the Major and reach their best result so far, a 3rd-4th finish at ELEAGUE.

After his three-month long tenure in MOUZ, the roster and the coach part ways as they decided to pursue different paths.

kassad wants to continue coaching despite the recently announced limitations

According to a statement from kassad, he intends to continue coaching and is open to offers from all around the world:

"I would like to thank mouz for the opportunity and I wish best of luck to all my ex-mates. As for my future goes, I am open for offers from all parts of the world and despite the new rules I think I can still contribute a lot." Trifunović said in a statement.

I think the original idea was for him to help Niko with the calling, then Valve fucked him. I guess he didnt want to work with Mouz if he wasnt the caller and i dont blame him.

well niko can still call in game the strats that kassad supposedly made

I think that is what Threat is doing yea, Kassad could also talk during the 4 30 second pauses each game (i think it was 4). But Im assuming that when Kassad signed with Mouz he wanted to be more than just an analysist and coach, its almost like he has been demoted and hes done nothing wrong. I can see how if u want to be an IGL u could choose to move on rather than just becoming an analysist EDIT: just re-read the statement and maybe im wrong, who knows

Only volvo does the rule starladder didnt I think that no one but volvo execute the rule so lul, also threat is a god u saw nip at starladdrr? He coached them alot, alot just see the diffrence between nip at starladder and at other events non threat. Perfect example for a coach just +1 Still think kassad should have staid he broight alot to the team I liked the way mouz played on eleague

Yea Volvo are the only ones who use that rule but the majors are the ones all the teams care about most! They dont want to get used to having a coach call when he wont be there for the big games. NiP at starladder were gods and the fundimentals that Threat installed were amazing! But Threat isnt Kassad. Threat may be satisfied with being the coach and not being the igl but that doesnt mean that Kassad will be satisfied with being the coach not igl.
