SK edge Astralis for 2-0 record

SK have edged Astralis 16-13 on Overpass, securing a 2-0 record and closing out round two of the Swiss group stage.

The last match of round two saw Astralis taking on SK on Overpass, with the Danes getting off to a flying 5-0 start as CT following a straight-forward pistol round and the first gunround.

Fernando "fer" Alvarenga's triple gave the Brazilians their first round, but their economy got reset once Peter "dupreeh" Rasmussen won a 1v2 thanks to a defuse in a smoke. Finn "karrigan" Andersen was in the spotlight afterwards, as he saved an anti-forcebuy with a 1v3 clutch for 7-1.

After Marcelo "coldzera" David and Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo came out on top of a 2v5 situation, SK went on a rampage, piling up one-sided rounds one after another and equalizing the score at 7-7 before dropping the last round.

FalleN's quad-kill turned the tide

fer put up a fantastic all-headshot ace in the second pistol, but his work was negated by a clean forcebuy victory from Nicolai "device" Reedtz's side, who regained the lead. The back-and-forth battle continued as SK replied with a forcebuy of their own for 9-9.

FalleN's team finally gained control of the situation at least for two more rounds, but the score was even once again after Astralis forced their opponents on an eco on the back of a double entry from dupreeh on the A bombsite.

As the following two rounds were traded, the next round was essentially worth two. FalleN took full advantage of the situation, stepping up to the plate with a very quick quad-kill in close quarters and pushed his team to 14-12. With a great triple from Lincoln "fnx" Lau in a boost on the A site, SK clinched map point and turned it into a victory after only two more rounds.

SK wasn't so great? Are you kidding me? When was the last time you saw a team with such an ability and movement with AWP and Rifles? SK puts the game in another level, we will be blessed if we ever see a team with their skill and passion for the game again. fnatic breaks records. SK breaks the rules. You can keep your statistics. I prefer the magic.

Astralis should try some other sport than CS that better suit their talents, I suggest javelin or discus.
