ESWC 2016 Women groups and format

ESWC revealed the details regarding the female competition that will feature a $15,000 prize pool and teams such as Team Secret, CLG Red and Selfless.

The French tournament organizer announced that they will be holding a female CS:GO competition at the upcoming edition of ESWC that will take place at the Paris Game Week.

zAAz's Team Secret will look to continue their dominance in female CS at ESWC

The tournament, officially called "ESWC 2016 PGW CSGO Women", will take place from October 29th to 31st and will feature a total of 10 teams split into two groups.

Following a best-of-one round robin group stage, the best team from each group will be moved to the semi-final, while the second and third placed teams will start the playoffs in the quarter-finals. The playoffs will feature a single-elimination best-of-three bracket.

The groups at ESWC 2016 PGW CSGO Women are as follows:

The $15,000 prize pool will be distributed in the following way:

1. $7,000
2. $4,000
3-4. $2,000
