ROG MASTERS Asia 2016dream[S]cape, Mongolz to ROG finals
The semi-finals of the ROG MASTERS Asia 2016 have been played, with both dream[S]cape and TheMongolz defeating their opponents with a 2-0 score to make it to the grand final.
The first semi final pitted dream[S]cape against Risky, and started on the map pick of the United Arab Emirates team - Dust2.
The first map didn't go their way however, as they managed only five rounds on the CT Side of the map and were closed out with a swift 16-8.
moxie and ImpressioN were the driving forces behind dream[S]cape's victory
Love "havoK" Paras and co. had another bad start on Mirage, getting only four rounds on their T side. After the switch, they managed to put up a solid hold on the defensive side, but were overpowered in the end by Benedict "Benkai" Tan's team to make it 16-13.

The second semi-final saw another team from Singapore—Leapfrog—take on The MongolZ. Despite a valiant effort on their opponents pick, Leapfrog were defeated 16-13 on Cache, seemingly giving them a chance to come back on their map pick—Train.
However, it was a disappointing performance from Kumaresan "Tommy" Ramani and co., as The MongolZ powered through for a crushing 16-1 victory and a place in the grand final.
