Jayzwalkingz steps in for Fnatic Aca. *

Crowns' David "Jayzwalkingz" Kempner will play for Fnatic Academy at DreamHack ASTRO Open Leipzig as a stand-in, HLTV.org has learned.

The 20-year-old is travelling to Germany with the team as a replacement for Aleksandar "⁠jayzaR⁠" Zarkovic, who for now at least remains in the squad.

David "⁠Jayzwalkingz⁠" Kempner burst onto the scene in 2016, playing for TzatzikiKlubben and Ak-47 before earning a move to Crowns, who would finish second at the ESEA Season 22 Global Premier Challenge, in Katowice. Jayzwalkingz had the third-highest rating of the event at 1.31.


Jayzwalkingz to play for Fnatic Academy in Leipzig 

HLTV.org knows that it is possible that Jayzwalkingz continues to play for Fnatic Academy beyond DreamHack Leipzig as the team evaluate their options before making a final decision.

Fnatic Academy raised eyebrows last month as they beat VG.CyberZen and MVP Project to win the 2016 edition of China Top and secure a $71,000 payout.

The Swedish team have been drawn alongside qwerty, LDLC and Heroic in Group A of DreamHack Leipzig, which they will attend with:
