2008's last G7 ranking released

The G7 Teams have released the last Counter-Strike ranking of 2008. mTw and SK swap places.

SK managed to grab a first place last month thanks to Dreamhack Winter. But after Rekrut.ru where mTw managed to beat teams such as virtus.pro and Amazing-Gaming, swapped the two teams places.

The year’s last Top 10 is the following:

Several of these teams will be participating at the IOL LAN finals will be starting in a bit more than a week’s time as well as the Extreme Masters and EPS Scandinavia. With these upcoming events, things will surely be shaken up.

they were pretty successful in the beginning of the year. read the years review but yes Alternate doesn't deserve that spot if you think of teams like Giants, Blank, XLBET.ATS or roccat/Gameplay

top 5 from last year mTw SK-gaming mouz e-STRO mYm there are "new" teams as JMC,Giants,Xlbet.ats and EG wich will impact the top most next year,altough it will be intersting to see if sk and mtw will be able to hold their ground cause sofar there has been no same dominant force for two years in a row. also i have lost faith in fnatic recovering and i seriously doubt that any other beside mibr could even be considered as a contender to top 5 from the old "teams"

XLBETS. and the other teams that you are nameing were created during this year so that the teams that are in the ranking started collecting points in someway and in the end they were in top10.If any of these teams would have won 2-3 events or even be runners-up they would be here 4sure.. In my opinion this ranking is correct

Don't know why everyone's saying MYM ... They really sucked 2008, shouldn't even be on the list! So stop complaining about a 4th place, that's still way too high! what i don't understand is that why is estro so low in the rankings ? they participate rarely but whenever they do they almost always come in the top-3 .

fnatic did well early this year, and kept having pretty good results (2nd or 3rd places are not BAD). They deserve their spot. And I'm so glad to see mTw first, they are amazing and will keep surprising us I'm sure.

well ATS doesnt belong in this list since they were created in the 3. quartel of the year... ofcourse teams like Alternate are infront of them because they were collecting points the whole year long and especelly Alternate was in some big Tournaments in the Quarter Finals.
