Despite rumors about Adil "ScreaM" Benrlitom joining FaZe abounding after he was left out of the French super team which joined G2, the Belgian player will finally be joining the rest of the players involved in the French shuffle, including his G2 teammate Cédric "RpK" Guipouy, in EnVyUs.

Adil "⁠ScreaM⁠" Benrlitom was already seen standing in for the boys in blue during the IEM Katowice 2017 qualifier while David "⁠devoduvek⁠" Dobrosavljevic attended Assembly Winter 2017 with Vexed. At the time it was unknown if he would remain with the team, though, as rumors were still flying concerning the future of the Belgian player, who was then in talks with FaZe.

ScreaM and RpK will meet back up in EnVyUs

Finally, however, negotiations were unfruitful between the parties involved and ScreaM will now be donning the Envy blue, where he will join forces with the likes of Vincent "⁠Happy⁠" Schopenhauer and Cédric "⁠RpK⁠" Guipouy.

The Envy lineup was announced last week with five players, including the up-and-comers Alexandre "⁠xms⁠" Forté and devoduvek. To make place for ScreaM, the latter will be benched—although not released—until Envy can find a role for him within the organization, as reported by VaKarM.

Envy's lineup is now comprised of:

As much as I want scream to do well, I just think happy is one of the most selfish IGLs at the moment (if not the most). His style of play looks much more like baiting rather than lurking effectively. I've lost count of the number of rounds where he is the last man standing and I just don't see any team with happy doing well unless he changes his style of leading drastically.

But is it really worth choosing envyus over faze at this point ? One would think choosing to play with rain/karrigan/allu/kio would be a no brainer when compared to playing with rpk/happy/sixer/xms. I don't have anything against envyus. I just feel faze has much more potential to be a top 5 (maybe even 3 with scream?) rather than envyus (because of how shit happy is). I know a lot of people don't take the HLTV ranking seriously. But at least the top 5 seems quite accurate at the moment. They're 4th and I believe they would've only gotten better with scream. And I meant top 3 was a possibility, not a certainty :) Anything is possible in CSGO and going from 4th to 3rd seems quite possible as compared to some of the insane things we've seen over the past years.

It's not about preferences. EnvyUs and G2 had to deal the players between those 2 teams. The shuffle happened and KennyS, NBK, ApeX went to G2 in exchange for ScreaM and RPK. The deal happened, but ScreaM DIDN'T want to join EnvyUs that's why rumors said about FaZe. FaZe negotiated a week about transfering ScreaM from EnvyUs to FaZe but didn't happen and ScreaM is forced to stay with EnvyUs because this french org is SHIT

I would, ScreaM isn't a kid anymore he wants to be comfortable, the French scene is where he belongs honestly not in some Nordic mix team and the same goes for kioshima he belongs in the French scene not on FaZe. I guess ScreaM learned his lesson last time he was with Kinguin/FaZe and took his chances here with EnvyUS look how shit FaZe has been since they started in CS Go they've never once had good consistent results why waste your life on a team that's clearly going no where ever and just take a chance with EnvyUS and probably he will earn more money here as well.

do you realize that the only time scream played in a major play-off was with kinguin? stop being stupid. he has 5 times more chances to play in big tournaments with faze than with envyus even tho faze probably won't win too much this year, atleast they playing every big tournaments. EnvyUS has just as much potential to compete as FaZe does, FaZe/Kinguin whatever you want to call them had almost 2 years to do something and they haven't accomplished shit all other than winning a couple best of 1s at 2 majors out of the lot they've been to. What memorable best of 3 have they ever won against a tier 1 team at a big event? This EnvyUS hasn't even played yet and you're already talking shit? This lineup EnvyUS surely has enough potential to get lucky in some best of 1s and make it out of groups in some events just like FaZe did, seems like you over rate FaZe, say I have brain damage but you're a clear fanboy with no argument.

I truthfully don't care about the French scene at all the only reason with discuss it right now because its a topic of interest atm nothing else. The super team imo is shit and will never compete with Fnatic, EnvyUS and FaZe will be sitting in tier 2 watching Fnatic win everything what difference does it make to you anyway? You think any of these shit teams will ever beat Fnatic on LAN in a best of 3 you're beyond delusional. Fnatic has it set up for them, all teams making shitty roster changes that won't make any difference, SK was never able to best this Fnatic line-up in a best of 3 on LAN, VP are VP no one expects shit from them maybe 1 or 2 lucky wins a year when teams are slumping, they've dominated NiP throughout CS Go, only real team they have to compete against is Astralis and I don't see them being able to keep the level they have now for much longer. ScreaM made the right decision here, already tried this team and they were shit now it's time to try a different team like it or not plus EnvyUS is probably paying him more and he doesn't have to play in a nordic mix roster that won't accomplish shit ever.

Maybe 1-2 shitty tournaments, but nothing more. 2: Your shitty brain thinks that winning the tournament means all. Well, it doesn't. Just competing in a tournament against the best and doing decent or even better is still a win. That's what faze is doint at the moment. We don't know if faze is going to win something, but atleast they compete among the best. Something that envy won't do. Mark my words. Does anyone else wonder about why Scream hasn't officially signed with EnvyUs yet whereas rpk signed immediately after the shuffle? Why would he play as a stand in but not sign after 2 weeks ?
